Description

This is a Bomar Extend 1000.820 semi-automatic double column band saw. It has a heavy saw frame, a powerful industrial saw drive, and many other standard equipment that satisfies even the highest demands.

The 2-1/8” (optional 2-5/8”) saw blade guided in precise carbide guides guarantees highest accuracy. For extra vibration dampening the saw head is filled with polymer casting which increased cutting performance and blade life.

The machine is equipped with large drive and idler wheels for long blade life. Operation of the machine is fast and simple due to the free-standing control panel with PLC-control and the full stroke clamping vise.
